Harold began in 1991 and retired in 2010. His role included shop, tool, and fleet manager. Ron was the founding father to this great company. He and Dan Johnston started Action, Inc., in 1981 and has been going strong ever since! Donnie Newman began in 1984 and retired in 2017. He was over the sheet metal division and a project manager. Larry began in 1981 and was a project manager and estimator until his retirement in 2014. These 4 men are truly an inspiration of loyalty and commitment to Action, Inc. Thank you for your years of hard work! Action is what it is now, because of what you achieved back then.
